HIV/AIDS and Mental Health Awareness Program"

The Red Ribbon Club (RRC), Don Bosco College, Kohima, in collaboration with City Barn the Health Centre and Guardian Angel, Kohima organized an HIV/AIDS and Mental Health Awareness Program to educate students on early detection, treatment, and stigma surrounding HIV/AIDS and mental health.

 

Guest speakers Miss Senti (MSM Project Coordinator, Guardian Angel) and Miss Jael (Coordinator, City Barn) provided key insights on HIV prevention, emotional resilience, and community support. The event featured interactive discussions that encouraged open conversations and informed decision-making.

 

The program emphasized awareness, inclusivity, and mental well-being, empowering students to advocate for a healthier, stigma-free society.
